Frame Straightening & Repairs

Frame checking, straightening and repairs are carried out using a Moto Liner jig. Costs involved are:

Jigging and checking frames - £150.00

To jig, check and straighten frames costs from £200 according to time involved. (Most do not normally cost more than about £400).

It is recommended that any welding or brazing work needed on a frame is done before or at the time of jigging as this can alter the truth of a frame.

We can also re-tube frames, renovate girder forks and even build a frame in exceptional circumstances.
